How to Play Mathic Number
To start a game, deal four cards to each player. Then deal four cards face up to the middle of the table. These are common cards that all players will use to make equations.
How to Win:
The first player to reach 100 points wins.
How to Play: Players take turns using any one card from their hand to make equations with the common cards in play, then collect the cards they use[BK1] [PC(L2] [PC(L3] . If a player cannot make a math equation, they must discard a card from their hand. If a player uses all of the common cards in play in their equation using only one card, they get 10 bonus points. Cards used to get bonus points should be placed face down[BK4] [PC(L5] in their collected pile, so they can be counted once there are no more cards in the deck.
End of the Round
Once all players have discarded all four of the cards in their hand, the round ends. Each player is then dealt four more cards. If there are not enough cards in the deck for every player to receive four more cards, continue to “End of the Deck” (below).
End of the Deck
Once there are no cards left in the deck, players count all of their collected cards. The player with the most collected cards gets 30 points. The player with the second most collected cards gets 15 points. Players then add their bonus points (e.g. face-down collected cards) to their sum.
Then, shuffle the discard pile and deal four cards from the newly shuffled deck to each player. Continue playing until a player reaches 100 points.
If there are remaining cards in the deck that cannot be evenly distributed among all players, they are flipped over and put into play as the new common cards for the start of the next round.
If there are remaining cards in the middle and all players have no more cards in their hands, the last player to collect cards collects the remaining common cards as well.
